METHOD FOR CIRCULATING AND SUPPLYING CLEANING LIQUID FOR PRINTER ROLLER, AND CLEANING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for decreasing running cost required for cleaning the outer peripheral surface of a printer roller and a treating waste liquid generated by the cleaning at a low environmental load. SOLUTION: The method for circulating and supplying a cleaning liquid is carried out by sequentially repeating a recovery process (step 1) for recovering the waste liquid generated by cleaning the outer peripheral surface of the printer roller by one or more printing companies by a cleaning liquid maker from the one or more printing companies; a regeneration process (step 2) for applying regeneration treatment to the waste liquid recovered in the recovery process by the cleaning liquid maker to eliminate ink soil from the waste liquid to acquire a regenerated liquid; and a supply process (step 3) for supplying the regenerated liquid acquired in the regeneration process to the one or more printing companies by the cleaning liquid maker.
