Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weed control process enabling easy application, having excellent weed control action, free from adverse effect on soil and harmonizing with natural aspect. SOLUTION: The weed control process includes a kneading step to mix an earth material, a cement-based solidifying agent, a granulation agent and water, a forming step to apply the kneaded material formed by the kneading step on a ground 16 and solidify the kneaded material to form a planting layer 17 having a weed control action, a hole-drilling step to form a plurality of planting holes 18 on the surface 17a of the planting layer 17 formed by the forming step, and a planting step to plant seedling 19 of turf which is a kind of ground cover plants in the planting hole 18 formed by the hole-drilling step.
