Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in a cost for storing a lot of access logs and a lengthened retrieval time when performing retrieval for a lot of access logs, in a repeater holding a traffic relay function. SOLUTION: The repeater includes a traffic relay function, a protocol analysis function, a log output function, and a log retrieval function. When retrieving an access log, these functions output the access log in compression or no compression, in conformity to a rule for every protocol specified by a manager according to difference in importance.
