SOLUTION: The inspection device of the capacitive touch panel 50 includes an inspection part 3 provided with a touch probe 2 on an insulation part 1 as a base, where the surface of the insulation part 1 and a contact part of the touch probe 2 are formed on the same level. The inspection part 3 has an inspection surface on which the capacitive touch panel 50 is placed for inspection.
