Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply system capable of suppressing lowering of a temperature of hot water due to natural heat radiation of a hot water storage tank, and providing a user who can not apply night-time electricity rate, with storage type hot water supply capable of suppressing running costs. SOLUTION: This hot water supply system includes the hot water storage tank 31, a heating machine for heating the hot water in the hot water storage tank 31 by a heat pump 70, a water heater 10 for heating the hot water/water flowing in a hot water supply pipe 2 for leading out the hot water/water in the hot water storage tank 3 by combustion of a burner 12, and operation control means 20, 50, 80. The operation control means extract tank hot water supply amounts by each of a plurality of time zones, calculate an average hot water supply amount by each time zone in prescribed days from a corrected tank hot water supply amount obtained by multiplying each tank hot water supply amount by a first correction coefficient, further calculate the total hot water supply amount in the prescribed days, of the corrected tank hot water supply amounts, sets a boiling-up temperature of the hot water/water in the hot water storage tank on the basis of the total hot water supply amounts, and control boiling-up motion on the basis of a target hot water storage amount determined by dividing the average hot water supply amount of each time zone by a second correction coefficient corresponding to a boiling-up set temperature.
