SHUTTER WITH SMOKE EXHAUST OPENING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy shutter which blocks the front face of a smoke exhaust opening when opened or closed usually and lowers an extensible/contractible slat when a sensor lowers in an interlocking relationship to form a smoke exhaustion window or the smoke exhaust opening having required area from a shutter case or the lower part of a lintel face. SOLUTION: This shutter with the smoke exhaust opening is constituted to block the usual opening when closing the opening usually by pushbutton operation and exhaust smoke naturally while closed when the sensor lowers in the interlocking relationship by making use of extension and contraction in the vertical direction of the slat and form the smoke exhaust opening by a link grille constituted of link plates 12 and grill bars 13 at a lower part of a shutter case 3. When fire occurs while the shutter is lowered, an electric opening/closing machine is operated by heat or signals from the smoke sensor to open the smoke exhaust opening 11 having predetermined opening width and height by the grill bars 13 in order to exhaust smoke naturally.
