Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair having an adjustment mechanism and inclination-adjustable seat, an inclination angle to the ground of which can be adjusted. SOLUTION: A chair having an adjustment mechanism and an inclination-adjustable seat is provided. The chair is composed of a connecting base, a frame, at least one adjustment mechanism and a supporting base, wherein the frame is connected to the connecting base, while the adjustment mechanism is adapted to adjust the inclination of the inclination-adjustable seat and is connected to the frame and the connecting base, and the supporting base is connected to the connecting base for supporting the connecting base.
