Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller that efficiently detects an failure in a power feeder and properly determines the content of the failure. SOLUTION: The controller comprises a control unit and a memory. The control unit is configured to implement either DC voltage failure detection for measuring the voltage or current of a first power feeder or a second power feeder at a cycle longer than 1/(2fc), where fc is a frequency of a commercial power supply, or AC voltage failure detection for measuring the voltage or current of the first power feeder or the second power feeder at a cycle equal to or shorter than 1/(2fc). The control unit is configured to select the AC voltage failure detection from the DC voltage failure detection when a charging cable is attached to a vehicle.
