Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video receiving terminal capable of storing video contents received through a communication network in a storage device in the own terminal, and capable of determining propriety for downloading a video content upon download starting. SOLUTION: While the video receiving terminal calculates a download rate and a download finish time for a video content to download, the terminal checks whether video contents of which the view permission periods expire by the download finish time exists or not among the video contents stored in the storage device. Then, the terminal compares downloaded sizes of the video contents to download by respective view permission time limits of respective corresponding video contents with respective free spaces in the storage device by respective view permission time limits to determine propriety for downloading.
