Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a team extraction device extracting a team configured by a connection by actual business. SOLUTION: The team extraction device includes: a mail log database associating and storing mail identification information for identifying a mail, transmission source mail identification information for identifying a transmission source mail of the mail, and user identification information for identifying users that are a transmitter and a recipient of the mail; a mail group extraction means extracting a mail group having transmission/reception relation based on the mail identification information and the transmission source mail identification information; and a team information extraction means extracting the user that is the transmitter or the recipient of the mail included in the mail group.
