Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge positive failure reports from people other than inspection personnel performing periodic inspection and to appropriately and quickly deal with failed portions. SOLUTION: A failure report management system includes: a failure report information acquisition means 21 for acquiring failure report information such that failure information is tagged with the identification information of a failure reporter who has provided the failure information; an importance point calculation means 22 for calculating importance points obtained through numerical conversion corresponding to the importance of the failure report information obtained; an importance point management means by reporter 23 for managing the importance points for each failure reporter; and a benefit imparting means 24 for imparting benefits to the failure reporter according to the importance points.
