Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device which prevents luminance unevenness recognized as stripes from being included in light emitted from a lens array, while using a plurality of light sources. SOLUTION: The illumination device includes a light source body comprising a plurality of light sources, and a lens array having a plurality of lenses corresponding to the individual light sources. The lens array has, as lenses, at least a first lens, and a second lens adjacent to the first lens. On the back surface of a surface facing the light source body in the lens array, at least, a first curved surface constituting the first lens and convex toward a back surface side, and a second curved surface constituting the second lens and convex toward the back surface side, are formed.
