DEVICE FOR PROCESSING TISSUE SAMPLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a device for processing a tissue sample in which the filling level of a liquid, in a processing space of the device for processing a tissue sample can, in particular, be detected with accuracy. SOLUTION: The device (20) for processing a tissue sample has a processing space (22) for introducing and processing the tissue sample. A chamber (34) communicates with the processing space (22). At least one filling level sensor (28, 30, 32) detects a measurement value which is representative of a filling level of a liquid in the chamber (34). A calculation unit detects the filling level of the liquid in the processing space (22) which depends on the filling level of the liquid inside the chamber (34). COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
