Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistant alloy which has excellent oxidation resistance and used at high temperature. SOLUTION: The heat resistant alloy having the oxidation resistance is composed of, by mass, 0.5 to 40% Mo, 5 to 45% Cr and 0.5 to 15% Pd, and the balance W. According to the heat resistant alloy, since a dense chromium oxide film is formed on the surface even when being used in high temperature atmosphere for a long period of time, inner diffusion of oxygen is cut off, the oxidative consumption of W and Mo can be suppressed, and the mass change rate of the heat resistant alloy is reduced as well.
