Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new quinazolinone compound useful for treating cellular proliferative diseases. SOLUTION: There are provided the quinazolinone compound of formula (I) (wherein, each symbol has special definition), a pharmaceutical acceptable salt and a prodrug thereof; and a composition including a pharmaceutical acceptable carrier either alone or in combination with at least one additional therapeutic agent, and the quinazolinone compound. Furthermore, there is provided a method for using the quinazolinone compound either alone in treatment or prophylaxis of proliferative diseases or in combination with at least one additional therapeutic agent as a KSP (kinesin spindle protein) inhibitor.
