Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle with a pusher bar for adjusting a height of the pusher bar by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The lower end of a rotary shaft 11 of a straight pipe shape is inserted into a rotation transmitting pipe 10. The rotary shaft 11 is integrally rotated with the rotation transmitting pipe 10. An insertion amount into the rotation transmitting pipe 10 of the rotary shaft 11 can also be adjusted. A fastener 12 for fixing an insertion position to the rotation transmitting pipe 10 of the rotary shaft 11, is arranged in an upper end of the rotary shaft 11.
