Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro device containing a porous membrane, which makes such a catalytic treatment and a non-catalytic chemical treatment possible without, for example, substantial leakage in a membrane microstructural body. SOLUTION: The membrane microstructure device (10) has a first glass, ceramic or glass-ceramic plate (12) defining a first concave part (32), a second glass, ceramic or glass-ceramic plate (20) defining a second concave part (34), and a non-metallic porous membrane (30) sandwiched between the first and second plates (12, 20). The first plate (12), the second plate (20) and the porous membrane (30) are combined each other and the porous membrane (30) is arranged to cover the first concave part (32) and the second concave part (34). The first concave part (32) defines a first microchannel between the first plate and the porous membrane.
