Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing hyaluronic acid formulated in various kinds of foods and drinks in high yield. SOLUTION: The method for producing hyaluronic acid includes inoculating a lactic acid bacterium belonging to Streptococcus thermophilus on a medium, and culturing the lactic acid bacterium under conditions of pH 6-8 at 37-40°C.
