Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact drive control device that prevents malfunctions by reducing the influence of electromagnetic noise on a substrate having electronic components mounted thereon; and to provide a motor unit. SOLUTION: In the control unit 3 for controlling drive of a brushless motor 2, a glass epoxy substrate 91 having the electronic components mounted thereon is provided on a second holder 83 of a holder 81. A second power supply line 97 for supplying power to the brushless motor 2 is embedded in the second holder 83.
