SOLUTION: A system is provided which obtains finger vein data as a user's biological information and performs personal authentication by collating the data with the user's vein authentication information previously registered. This authentication allows receiving the provision of a training menu for a sports club, a food menu and the like, and receiving a variety of services such as attendance management, document management, event starting control, management of a repair history of a car, or the like, management of a history of a businessman's activities, while using the authentication as a trigger.
