DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR EXTRACTING RECOMMENDED CONTENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively extract a recommended content in a specific service having no use histories of a user. SOLUTION: Use history information having user identification information identifying a plurality of user terminals connected via a network, associated with content identification information of contents transmitted to the user terminals corresponding to the user identification information, is stored for each of service identification information for identifying a plurality of service providers connected via the network, and similarities of the use history information between users are calculated per piece of the service identification information, and an integrated similarity being an average value of the plurality of similarities is calculated, and users are clustered on the basis of the calculated integrated similarity, and a content of recommended object service included in use history information of users classified to the same cluster as a recommendation object user is determined to be content identification information to be recommended to the recommendation object user.
