PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate management of profile information of a user. SOLUTION: A profile information management system 100 includes: a profile information storage part 130 storing a first profile including profile information of a first user; a profile information input reception part 122 receiving input of profile information corresponding to an item from the first user when the profile information corresponding to the item designated from a second user is not included in the first profile when a provision request of the first profile is performed together with designation of the item set as the necessary profile information demanded from another user as a use condition of a specific service provided by the second user from the second user, and storing the profile information into the profile information storage part 130; and a profile information provision part 124 providing the profile information corresponding to the designated necessary item of the first profile to the second user.
