Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional photonic crystal, a method of producing the three-dimensional photonic crystal and a probe, which are practically useful. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional photonic crystal includes: a plurality of two-dimensional photonic crystal plates which have through-holes and respectively have the two-dimensional photonic crystals of kinds different from one another; and a plurality of positioning members arranged on the through-holes of the plurality of two-dimensional photonic crystal plates, wherein the positioning members are arranged and positioned on the through-holes of mutually adjoining two-dimensional photonic crystal plates among the plurality of two-dimensional photonic crystal plates and, thereby, the plurality of two-dimensional photonic crystal plates are laminated so as to get to a periodical structure in accordance with wavelength of light.
