Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress intrusion of foreign matter in a gap formed between a roller portion and a fixing portion, when such the gap is formed. SOLUTION: The gap is formed between a third roller portion 145 and a side face portion 610. An accessory member 146 is provided to the same shaft as the third roller portion 145 so as to be rotatable. However, the accessory member 146 is idly rotatable and movable so as not to respond to the rotation of the third roller portion 145.
