TONER FOR ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING TONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development, for securing fixing property and antiblocking property while suppressing generation of dust upon fixing in a low temperature fixing toner, and showing superior image quality, by using a saturated hydrocarbon wax containing an appropriate amount of branched or cyclic hydrocarbons as wax and further using a polyglycerol fatty acid ester in the toner, and to provide a method for producing the toner. SOLUTION: The toner contains at least a polyglycerol fatty acid ester, a binder resin and hydrocarbon wax, wherein in the wax, a component having ≥40 carbon atoms is included by ≥80% in the whole amount of the hydrocarbon wax, and in the hydrocarbons having ≥40 carbon atoms, a non-normal hydrocarbon component is included by ≥18% and ≤40% in the whole amount of the hydrocarbon wax.
