Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle capable of advancing warming-up of an engine, and on the other hand, capable of quickly securing the heating ability inside of a cabin when it is necessary. SOLUTION: In a vehicle including a cooling water circuit passing through the inside of an engine 2 and a heater core 6, the circulation stop control for stopping circulation of the cooling water inside of the engine 2 while maintaining circulation of the cooling water in the heater core 6 is performed when starting the engine. An electronic control unit 13 cancels the circulation stop control when the electronic control unit 13 estimates that the air temperature is a regulated determination value or less and a request for heating inside of the cabin is high.
