Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing a low noise pavement, which can restore a noise reducing effect by performing construction by the effective utilization of an as-is state of an existing asphalt-based low-noise pavement body, without cutting or replacing the surface of the existing asphalt-based low-noise pavement (drainage pavement), and which enables work to be inexpensively performed in a short period of time; and to provide a laminated structure of the low noise pavement body. SOLUTION: In the first embodiment of this invention, as shown in Fig.1, the laminated structure of the low noise pavement body 2A, that is, a drainage pavement body is constituted. In the low noise pavement body 2A, a sound-absorbing covering layer 7 with a void 3a, in which rigid aggregate 4a and/or elastic aggregate 4b are/is consolidated with a resin-based binder 6, is superposed to a predetermined thickness H on the surface 2a of the low-noise pavement 2 on which natural aggregate 4 is exposed. For example, silica sand, natural stones, resin-based chips, etc. can be used as the rigid aggregate 4a. Additionally, so-called rubber powder, rubber chips, etc. can be used as the elastic aggregate 4b; and for example, an article manufactured by crushing a rubber product such as a tire can be used as the elastic aggregate 4b.
