Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that makes a towing vehicle travel without being overheated even if the towing vehicle tows and climbs a slope in an environment where a shutter cannot move by being frozen. SOLUTION: An engine cooling device of a towing vehicle (tractor 1) includes a shutter 10 provided to be openable and closable forward of an engine room 12, and for controlling an inflow of cooling air. The towing vehicle tows a towed vehicle (trailer 2) coupled to the towing vehicle via a coupling member (coupler 3) formed in a rear portion of the towing vehicle. The engine cooling device further includes a coupling detecting unit 23 for detecting whether the towed vehicle is electricity coupled to the towing vehicle via the coupling member and a controlling unit 21a for maintaining the shutter 10 in an open state when the coupling detecting unit 23 detects the coupling.
