Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that there is not developed any objective technique yet for evaluating accumulated fatigue by a simpler and physical method that is noninvasive, easy and not required to collect specimens. SOLUTION: The device includes a biosignal measuring part 101 to measure a biosignal from a measured subject, a feature quantity extracting part 102 to extract the quantity of visual sight stimulation related features from the biosignal measured by the biosignal measuring part 101, and a fatigue evaluation part 103 to evaluate whether there is left any accumulated fatigue in the subject based on the feature quantity extracted by the feature quantity extracting part 102, wherein the fatigue evaluation part 103 evaluates whether there is any accumulated fatigue left in the subject based on the feature quantity detected during or after the prescribed amount of operations done by the subject, so that an objective evaluation is possible about his/her usual accumulated fatigue by the method without being required to collect specimens.
