Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the amount of moisture in the skin, even when the degree of contact between the skin and a sensor, differs every time of measurement. SOLUTION: A biological information measurement instrument for measuring an amount of moisture of the skin includes a sensor which has electrodes formed on a substrate and measures a charge amount of the skin in contact with the electrodes. An AC signal is applied to the sensor. A charge amount measured by the sensor after the electrodes are in contact with the skin until they separate is successively stored every fixed period of time to calculate a total amount of the charge measured by adding the stored charge amount. The calculated total amount of charge is divided by a time of measurement to calculate an average charge amount per unit time.
