SOLUTION: A fused gene obtained by fusing a gene encoding a matured region in a subunit constituting a drug excretion pump, with a gene encoding a region containing a signal sequence of a protein secreted through the Tat secretion system in a microorganism having the Tat (Twin Arginine Translocation) secretion system is expressed, and the drug excretion pump is formed by allowing the subunit to be translocated through the Tat secretion system.
