Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a reverse power flow by distributed power supplies at low cost. SOLUTION: In a reverse power flow reducing system 1, reverse power flow detection devices 6 are installed in a distribution system 3 and electric wires L, and charging stands 7 are provided on the upstream side. The reverse power flow detection device 6 detects a current value and notifies substation servers 8 of the current valve. The charging stands 7 store electric power by the reverse power flow into storage batteries, and supply electric power to electric vehicles EV. The substation servers 8 create alarm information on the reverse power flow based on current values obtained from the reverse power flow detection devices 6 in a bank of distributing substations 2, and transmit it to a management server 9. The management server 9 creates incentive information on the charging stands 7 based on the alarm information received from the substation servers 8, and transmits it to terminals 10 and the electric vehicles EV. The terminals 10 receive and display the incentive information. The electric vehicles EV receive power supplied from the charging stands 7 for running.
