STATOR CORE FOR MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core controlling flow of magnetic flux in the stator core, and suppressing an excessive high frequency magnetization component and a magnetization component perpendicular to a steel plate face, for realizing torque performance and efficiency of a motor. SOLUTION: A teeth part of the stator core consists of an end part and a root part. Magnetic flux density B(T)50in magnetizing force of 5,000 A/m of the end part is 1.75 T or more, and a difference (B(T)50-B(R)50) between magnetic flux density B(T)50of the end part and magnetic flux density B(R)50of the root part is 0.05 T or more. The end part has length of 1/20 of whole length of the teeth part from the end of the teeth part and width smaller by 1 to 3% compared with width of the root part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
