Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for receiving a photograph booklet order, capable of facilitating ordering of a photograph booklet, which excels in beauty and in which expanded shot images are scattered. SOLUTION: A device includes: a photograph booklet format selection unit 22 for selecting a photograph booklet format for specifying allocation numbers of normal-size shot images and expanded-size shot images on a body page sheet basis; an allocating shot image selection unit 23 for selecting allocating shot images; an allocating shot image management unit for managing the normal-size shot images and the expanded-size shot images out of the allocating shot images; and an allocation control unit 30 for allocating the shot images to image frames of a template for the photograph booklet of the selected format. In an allocation process in a predetermined order of allocating shot images with respect to templates set in the order of pages of the body page sheets, the allocation control unit 30 makes an allocation process of the expanded-size shot images temporarily wait until a template where expanded-size image frames are present is set when no expanded-size image frame is present in the set templates.
