Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device preventing occurrence of a horizontal line noise on a screen if a trigger is inputted while outputting an image by a timing when a trigger interval for accelerating a tact time by a trigger mode is made shorter than one V period. SOLUTION: Drive of a photoelectric conversion element is controlled so that the horizontal line noise is not inputted on the screen even though the trigger interval is made shorter than one V in the trigger mode by controlling a timing generating circuit. A mode for preventing a horizontal line and a mode for performing exposure in synchronization with the trigger are determined within an image outputting period and switched.
