Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content transmitter, content receiver and method of receiving content which enable a user to use catch-up service easily and further improves usability and convenience thereby. SOLUTION: The content receiver receives attribute information with respect to contents for a real time type distribution service and an accumulation type distribution service. Furthermore, with respect to the content displaying that even an accumulation type distribution service is provided by flag information added to attribute information among contents for the real type distribution service, the content receiver prepares a distribution schedule where a foregoing effect is displayed when preparing the distribution schedule regarding the content for the real time type distribution service based on the received attribute information.
