Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device that achieves high strength against mechanical stress. SOLUTION: The laser device 1 includes: a laser element 19; a plated lead frame 11 which includes a plurality of through-holes 17 and on a surface of which the laser element 19 is mounted; a plurality of lead terminals 16; a plurality of grooves 18 disposed between an end of the lead frame 11 in a laser projection direction of the laser element 19 and a plurality of the through-holes 17; and a resin dam 13 which is formed on a surface of the lead frame by a sealing resin 12 to be protruded to a periphery of the laser element 19 including the positions of the through-holes 17 and in which part of the laser projection direction is opened. Further, the sealing resin 12 couples the lead frame 11 and resin dam 13 by filling the same in the through-holes 17 and grooves 18, and also sealing part of the lead terminal 16 nearby and each part of front and backsides of the lead frame 11.
