THIN-FILM CAPACITOR, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film capacitor capable of improving stability of electric connection between an internal electrode layer and a connection electrode. SOLUTION: The thin-film capacitor 10 includes two or more dielectric layers 12 laminated on a base electrode 11, internal electrode layers 13 laminated between dielectric layers 12 and having protrusion portions 13a protruding from the dielectric layers 12 when viewed from the laminating direction, and connection electrodes 14 electrically connected to the internal electrode layers 13 via at least parts of surfaces and end surfaces of the internal electrode layers included in the protrusion portions 13a, and the ratio L/t of the protrusion amount L of the protrusion portions 13a of the internal electrode layers 13 to the dielectric layers to the thickness t of the internal electrode layers 13 is 0.5 to 120.
