MONITORING CONTROL SYSTEM AND MONITORING CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring control system that quickly responds to an abnormal condition by managing health condition of a monitoring operator who monitors the system for monitoring/controlling a plant. SOLUTION: A liveness detection device body detects an abnormal condition of the monitoring operator from data from a liveness detection device (detection part) 30 carried by the monitoring operator who monitors operation of a monitoring controller and indicating the health condition of the monitoring operator. An abnormal signal is transmitted from a wireless output part 102 when detecting the abnormal condition. A kind decision module 106 receiving it decides the kind of the abnormal condition in reference to kind data 107.
