DIAGNOSTIC METHOD AND DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE FOR PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic method and a diagnostic device for a plant for accurately grasping the abnormal event of the plant, and for preventing the trouble in advance. SOLUTION: The diagnostic device for a plant is configured to diagnose the deterioration in the plant by a diagnostic device 21 on the basis of a plurality of operation data measured by various sensors 11 of the plant is provided with a plant diagnostic device 21 for inputting a plurality of operation data selected from operation data collected by a control controller/data collection means 14. The plant diagnostic device 21 in which thresholds corresponding to the plurality of operation data are respectively set is provided with: an abnormality omen determination means 23 for comparing the plurality of operation data with the thresholds corresponding to those operation data, and for, when the operation data exceed the thresholds, determining that the operation data have abnormality omen; and an abnormal site specification means 24 for, when there exist two or more operation data determined to have the abnormality omen, specifying the site where any abnormality has occurred on the basis of the combination of the operation data determined to have the abnormality omen.
