OLED DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OLED display that selects moving picture mode, standard mode, or monochrome mode, in a simple method without significantly increasing power consumption. SOLUTION: The OLED display using an organic light emitting diode as a light emitting element includes: a video data regulation counting circuit 12 and a gamma regulation counting circuit 13 for changing a calculation coefficient of video data, on the basis of input of a moving picture mode signal as a mode change means for setting the standard mode, the moving picture mode, or the monochrome mode on the basis of input of the moving picture mode signal for changing the mode from the standard mode to the moving picture mode, and a monochrome mode signal to a drive IC 10 driving a display panel; a light extinction start signal generator 15 for performing extinction drive in one frame to change drive control; and a monochrome mode signal supply wire supplying the monochrome mode signal to a configuration in a drive circuit and the display panel.
