REMOTE CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device which easily and quickly drains hot water/water and the like even when the hot water/water intrudes inside an opening/closing cover. SOLUTION: This remote control device 1 fixed to the wall surface of a bathroom, includes a remote control device body, and the opening/closing cover 11 openably and closably connected to the remote control device body, and having a cover-side operating section 13b indirectly operating the operating section 13a of the remote control device body. The opening/closing cover 11 has an outer wall 19 and an inner wall 9, and the cover-side operating section 13b is held by the outer wall 19 and the inner wall 9. The outer wall 19 and/or the inner wall 9 has a draining section 34 communicating the inside and outside of the opening/closing cover 11, at a lower side in a closed state of the opening/closing cover 11.
