SOLAR RADIATION ADJUSTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar radiation adjusting device, which contributes to reduction of energy consumption due to an air conditioning load by considering incidence of direct light, when controlling a shading device such as a roll screen. SOLUTION: The roll screen 3 for lifting and lowering a shade is installed on a window 2, and an opening degree of the roll screen 3 is instructed by a cooperative control unit 10. The cooperative control unit 10 instructs the adjustment of the opening degree of the roll screen 3 to adjust a direct-light-allowable distance, while the direct light allowable distance is a distance on a floor 4 invaded by the direct sunlight entering from the window 2. The cooperative control unit 10 adjusts the opening degree of the roll screen 3 so that the direct-light-allowable distance is made shorter when cooling down by the air conditioning load 6 than when warming up.
