Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat-stability of diethylzinc that is used as a polymerization catalyst, a reagent for organic synthesis, a raw material for the production of a zinc oxide thin film by MOCVD, or the like; and to provide a heat-stable diethylzinc composition having no metallic zinc particles precipitated even after long-term handling.
