PRESS PLATE SUPPLY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press plate supply device for supplying press plates to an image recording device while loading cassettes with the press plates during supplying the press plates. SOLUTION: The press plate supply device 11 includes the cassettes 8 for storing the press plates 9, a cassette storage part 2, a loaded cassette holding part 3 located above the cassette storage part 2, a cassette elevating mechanism 4 located adjacent to the cassette storage part 2, a supplied cassette holding part 5 located above the cassette elevating mechanism 4, and a press plate supply mechanism 6. In the pressure plate supply device 11, the supplied cassette holding part 5 does not exist on a carrying passage between the cassette storage part 2 and the loaded cassette holding part 3. Thus, even during supplying the press plates 9 from the supplied cassette holding part 5 to the image recording device, other cassettes 8 can be carried to the loaded cassette holding part 3 and loaded with the press plates 9, or the cassette 8 on the loaded cassette holding part 3 can be stored in the cassette storage part 2.
