SOLUTION: Moving parts (rotatable arms 70) capable of protruding outwardly in the width direction are arranged in a lifter 24, and parts are mounted on the moving parts. Because the parts can be supported with a supporting width exceeding the size of the lifter 24 in the width direction by making the moving parts protrude outwardly in the width direction from the lifter 24, the size of the lifter 24 in the width direction can be made less than a maximum supporting width, and the apparatus is miniaturized.
