PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deploy an air bag deployed to a side part of a cabin at a desired behavior, and to facilitate handling. SOLUTION: A first folding part 41, a second folding part 42 and a third folding part 43 are successively provided from a gas introduction port 37 side when the air bag 2 is folded. The third folding part 43 is rolled-up from the lower end in the rolled form. The first folding part 41 and the second folding part 42 are laid on the opposition side of the third folding part 43. The first folding/returning part 41a of the distal end part of the first folding part 41 and the second folding/returning part 42a of the distal end of the second folding part 42 are superposed to cover the third folding part 43.
