Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel supporting device in which pebbles or water hardly enter inside a cover member to cover the inside of the vehicle body between a hub and a cylindrical supporting part. SOLUTION: The wheel supporting device includes a knuckle 4 having a cylindrical supporting part 4a for pivotably supporting a hub 2 of a wheel and a lower arm mounting part 6, and a cover member 18 for covering the inside of a vehicle body between the hub 2 and the cylindrical supporting part 4a. A water-draining cutout is formed on a lower part of the cylindrical supporting part 4a or the cover member 18. The water-draining cutout includes a recess 4B formed in the cylindrical supporting part 4a so as to be retracted outward of the vehicle body.
