PURIFYING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purifying device easily disposing of a deteriorated treatment object liquid, by efficiently removing an impurity mixedly existing in the treatment object liquid such as a cleaning liquid and a grinding liquid, after reducing a replacing frequency of a filter by preventing early clogging of the filter. SOLUTION: The purifying device 10 sends out the treatment object liquid of removing the impurity to a machine tool 120 by removing the impurity mixedly existing in the treatment object liquid. The device is equipped with: a precipitator 11 for discharging the treatment object liquid by precipitating the impurity mixedly existing in the treatment object liquid by storing the treatment object liquid dropping from the machine tool 120; a tank filter 14 having the filter 14c for filtering the treatment object liquid discharged from the precipitator 11 and discharging the treatment object liquid, a reservoir 20 for separating and storing the treatment object liquid discharged from the tank filter 14 into and as the treatment object liquid and the impurity mixedly existing in the treatment object liquid; a first liquid introducing pipe 50 for sucking and sending out the treatment object liquid stored in the reservoir 20 to the machine tool 120; and a float mesh conveyor 40 for sticking and carrying out the impurity of a semi-solidified state of floating in the treatment object liquid stored in the reservoir 20 from the reservoir 20.
