MEDICAL IMAGING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical imaging system where photographing conditions are set more easily. SOLUTION: The medical imaging system which is provided with a gantry 100 having an imaging part (an X-ray tube 103 and an X-ray detection part 105) for imaging the patient and a table having a cradle 202 for carrying the patient placed thereon to the gantry 100 includes: a remote controller 400 for an operator to instruct imaging conditions while holding the remote controller in his or her hand; a setting means 1093 for setting the imaging conditions on the basis of the position or displacement of the remote controller 400 instructing the imaging conditions; an optical camera 112 placed on the cradle 202 for capturing the image of the patient; a display 113 provided at a position visible from the operator; and a display control part 1095 which displays on the display 113 the captured image of the patient and an image of showing the set imaging conditions while superimposing thereof in positional association with each other.
